Lien has come to my residence twice to tend to indoor and outdoor pests. Each time the techs are kind, informative and thorough.
The technician, Sean, actually showed up 5 minutes EARLY for the appointment, which was a pleasant surprise. He quickly reviewed the problem (carpenter ants) with me, I walked him around the area, and he set to work, not only spraying the house, but looking for the nest. WHICH HE FOUND! I'd asked him to alert me if he found the nest, just because I was curious about what it looked like. It was impressive that he found the nest in the most innocuous crack in our backyard tree. Jerry just stopped out for a termite inspection. For starters, Jerry was on time. We were told 1pm and Jerry was here at 12:55! Perfect! We got the good news that we didn't have active termites. It could have ended there, but instead Jerry took the time to show me signs to look for. He gave me tips on preventing termites in my home. He went above and beyond. We've been using Lien for many years and are very satisfied with the service. They are quick and do a great job. We had water bugs in our retaining wall that crept into our garage & basement. They are feet up...gone! We are bug-free. I highly recommend.
Lien did a great job! I just moved into a rental property, and was losing my mind with the bed bugs. Lien came out and helped me out so much after speaking with a number of other businesses that just were giving me the run around before finally telling me they didn't do bed bugs. I am extremely thankful to the guys at Lien!!
